Amendments

There have been seven (7) Amendments to the Declaration of Protective Covenants.

Amendment #1 has to do with the prohibition of specified buildings and structures on any lot.

Amendment #2 addresses the allowable gross residential floor space (density) of any house.

Amendment #3 has to do with the prohibition of specified buildings and structures on any lot.

Amendment #4 has to do with temporary structures and prohibited activities, and also the storage and parking of RV’s, trailers, ATV’s and watercraft.

Amendment #5 prevents Owners from renting or leasing their properties for less than thirty (30) days, also known as “Short Term Rentals”

Amendment #6 prevents Owners from using their property as Timeshare properties.

Amendment #7 prevents Fractional Ownership of properties.
