About Us

Eaton Pagosa Estates was established in 1995. We are located in Archuleta County in southwest, Colorado. Our community consists of 38 home sites. All our homes are custom built and reflect our architectural individuality. Paved streets, underground utilities, a private dock for our use, easy access to shopping, good schools, parks, hospitals and an airport make this a great place to live. Best of all we have great neighbors!
